RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – MEIS

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that bank and payment processing times may vary.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or finding the same product cheaper elsewhere.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law)

We may also refuse returns where:

  • The item has been misused or damaged due to customer handling
  • The issue was disclosed prior to purchase
  • The return does not meet requirements under Australian Consumer Law

Shipping Costs for Returns

If a product is found to be faulty or not compliant with Australian Consumer Law guarantees, MEIS will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If a return is assessed and found not to be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement under these terms, the customer may be responsible for any associated shipping or inspection costs.


Processing Time

We aim to review and process all return requests within 5 business days of receiving them.

To complete a return:

  • Wait for approval before sending any items back
  • Provide proof of purchase if requested

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


Additional Conditions

Product images and descriptions are provided to ensure clarity before purchase. If the item received matches the description provided on our website, we are not required to issue a refund based on expectation differences.

If an item is limited edition or sold out at the time of return approval, a replacement may not be available. In such cases, resolution will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
