Shipping policy

All shipping fees are different depending on your place of residency

Shipping cost is based on location and weight of the customers order, shipping is calculated before purchase. 

We do not take responsibility for delivery delays once we have shipped the order, it is then under the postal service responsibility to deliver the package to your chosen address. 

Once the item has entered your country/ place of residency extra taxes, duties and handling fees is your responsibility and you will not be reimbursed.

Local Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 1/12/2024

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the Local Delivery option offered by MEIS APPAREL.

1. Eligibility

  • Local Delivery is available only for customers residing in Sydney, NSW.
  • Customers outside of Sydney, NSW, who select Local Delivery at checkout will receive an invoice to cover the excess shipping fee to their location. Orders will not be shipped until the invoice is paid in full.

2. Delivery Fee

  • A flat fee of $5.50 AUD applies to all Local Delivery orders within Sydney, NSW.

3. Delivery Process

  • Orders eligible for Local Delivery will be personally delivered to the provided address by a MEIS APPAREL representative.
  • Proof of delivery will be captured via photo for our records.
  • Customers will receive a delivery fulfillment notification through Shopify, sent to the phone number or email address provided during checkout.

4. Privacy Assurance

  • The Local Delivery process adheres to MEIS APPAREL’s commitment to privacy. By selecting this option, customers acknowledge and consent to the delivery process as outlined in this policy.
